The Living Jesus Campaign - (L .J.C) (Through Us He Proves He lives: Acts 1:3)

Preamble:-
 
During the early years of my life as a young Christian, God put it into my heart to save souls. I used to see myself in villages and towns preaching the Gospel. Sometimes I saw visions of multitudes of people listening to me as it were in an evangelistic crusade.
Having seen this as the initial call of my life, when I entered full time ministry I thought it was time to pursue this vision, hence I headed for my first crusade at Kpandu.

It was fruitful. Thereafter I realized that it was not easy to organize such evangelistic crusades considering the cost in resources; human, technical, financial etc. I was too exuberant to see people saved by all means. As I grew in ministry I realized the best way was house to house evangelism which I stuck to.

I trained young Christians in how to win souls and literally went with them from house to house in my former church, Grace Outreach Church. My Senior Pastor was so passionate for souls that he gave me the right hand of fellowship to lead the whole church in evangelism. I taught evangelism on Sundays in a time slot called school of ministry.

I taught for thirty minutes before I led the whole church in worship, as I was the worship minister also. My popular name, if not pastor Ayiku, was Evangelist. After eight years of the founding love community chapel, the Lord is impressing upon my heart again to go back to base, this time, with a stronger support from this church, to launch out into the deep for a great harvest of souls in a more elaborate manner.

The Lord is impressing upon my heart that the future of Love Community Church depends on my present obedience to this call. He is impressing upon me that what I saw some twenty two years ago; the multitudes, the blind seeing, the lame walking, and divers kinds of miracles are about to be birthed in this church, as I pay the price for this directive from God.

Mission Statement
 
To win people to Christ Jesus so they can become members of God’s family, and build them up spiritually in the likeness of Jesus, equip/train them to find their proper place of ministry in the church so they can fulfill their God-given mission in the world to the praise and glory of God.
The Living Jesus Campaign is an enhancer of this mission statement of the church.

The Vision:-
 
The Vision- The vision of Love Community Chapel is to reach the least reached and unreached regions of the world, and plant churches for peoples groups.

We believe in John 15 : 16 “ You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit , and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.” We win souls and organize them into a church, or churches.
The Living Jesus campaign is part and parcel of this vision, and is aimed at speeding up the process of evangelism, discipleship and church planting.
